Hi, I'm Aniqueca. For the past five years, I've worked in healthcare operations, helping providers, patients, and teams navigate the day-to-day challenges that keep organizations running. I enjoy creating structure where there's chaos, improving processes, training people, and finding ways to make work easier for everyone involved. Completing the Google Project Management Professional Certificate in May 2026 helped me connect the work I've already been doing to formal project management practices. Now I'm looking to bring that same operational mindset into a Project Coordinator role.

Great operations usually look boring from the outside, and that's a good thing. When workflows are clear, documentation is up to date, people are well trained, and communication is honest, projects have a much better chance of succeeding.
