Project Management Professional Development

Alongside my work experience, I am actively building project management knowledge through structured study of project management principles, including project planning, scheduling, dependencies, risk, change management, predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches, and PMBOK concepts. This learning is separate from my paid professional experience and helps me put structure and shared language around the coordination work I already do.
