New Hire Training & Onboarding Program

As our team continued to grow, I recognized the need for a more consistent onboarding experience. I designed a structured training program that combined systems training, workflows, and coaching to help new Patient Access representatives build confidence, become productive faster, and deliver a consistent patient experience.
